Dr Hess, After Seventh months in your care, I am now living my best life. When I first came to you for two knee replacement surgeries, I could barely walk, I was in so much pain. You and your staff supported me before, during and after my total knee replacements at Soin Medical Center. Your kindness, patience, and professionalism, helped me to face life altering surgeries and thrive! I am back hiking, I caught my first Steelhead standing in the current of the Rocky River, (a year ago I would never have believed this would be possible) I’m serving with all my heart at church and keeping my husband on his toes. Dr Tuttle has been great in all aspects of my surgical procedures. She cares and makes sure you are treated with the utmost respect! She has assembled the finest team with Jane and Olivia. Cancer is horrible and these three have made sure that I know I am not alone and take great care with all my follow-ups and preventive appointments. I am fortunate to have such a great team!
