I'd like to thank my cancer care team Dr. Roxane Weighall, Dr. Anthony Paravati and Dr. Priya Jain. Five years ago yesterday I received the dreaded call that my cancer biopsy was positive so my journey began. Then decisions started with looking for where and who to see. So very glad I choose Kettering and the team I had. Can't say enough good for the care I had with my surgery, recovery then chemotherapy and radiation. I'm still seeing Dr. Jain, I always feel so comfortable and reassured when I leave. Dr. Jain takes her time, explains what our next step will be, answers any questions I have not that I'm bothering her and rushing me out. I am blessed that I have had the best caring, knowledgeable doctors (and their staff) during the rough road and now on the smooth straightaway. Thank you, thank you, thank you can't thank you enough.

My dear Doctor Sabiers my family and I wish to express our thankfulness to you and your excellent staff you have a family atmosphere due in part to your kindness and fatherly manner everyone who knows of your expertise skill speaks well of your reputation procedes you and I am doing quite well feeling stronger every day because I am determined I have things to accomplish no time for self pity thank you so much for your skillful care and fatherly wisdom.

Thank you for treating my cancer 8 years ago. You called in other physicians to help rebuild my insides. You watched over me and were so supportive. I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. My best time at the hospital was when you had me placed in the VIP room so my family could celebrate Thanksgiving with me. I appreciate your skill as a surgeon and as a friend.

Where do we start? There are an infinite amount of points we could make to describe the level of gratitude we have for you and the care you possess for your patients. We have seen the sickest of the sick and knowing that a patient of ours is a patient of yours, always brings us a level of comfort. You inspire us to advocate for our patients, provide the highest quality care, and also believe in ourselves. Working with you has been an honor and a pleasure and we hope you know the impact you have made on us eager nurses.
