Dr. Butler, I’m so glad to have this opportunity to tell you how much it means to me that you are the most kind and caring doctor I’ve ever had. As I approach my 87th birthday I needed to have the assurance that I had a physician who listened to me, who took the steps to resolve my problems large or small. We just want to thank Dr Reed ( and his team) for everything that he has done to take care of my abscessed hip replacement that was done twice before. His theory to put a bone spacer in and although it was an agonizing 8 weeks, then re-open and put into place the hip hardware. His compassion, his support on really hard days really made all the difference. Tomorrow I go home from a facility where I have been getting some therapy and hopefully after some home health care and out-patient at Yankee, I will FINALLY be able to enjoy a retirement that I was looking forward to. God has given him a gift that our family is very grateful for!! ( But we really don't want to see 5 West at Kettering Dayton again...after five hip surgeries!!!)

Thank you, Dr. Nadella, for providing excellent primary care. I appreciate how responsive and caring you are in each encounter. With your help and expertise, I feel that I am able to manage my healthcare challenges. I especially appreciate the recommendations you have given me for coordinating with other providers as the need arose. There were many years where I did not have a primary care physician and I believe that probably had a big impact on my health. Since I started seeing you, however, I have no doubt that, although there have been challenges with aging, my health is better than before, or at least not nearly as bad as it would be without you as my PCP.
