The Kettering Health Culinary Care team has been hard at work revamping the patient menus for all medical centers, a goal they’ve had since supply and staffing shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic led to limited meal choices.
The new menu focuses on fresh foods made in-house and provides more options for those with dietary restrictions. More seasonal options will be available as well.
For the Culinary Care team, preparing a meal is an opportunity to provide a healthy and positive experience for patients.

Favorites like the roast beef hot shot are back on the menu, along with other popular items such as a salmon stir fry and a new house-made cheesecake.
