Kettering Health Dayton is celebrating a remarkable milestone, 100 years of serving the community, and all Kettering Health team members are invited to join the celebration.
To honor this historic achievement and recognize the dedication of healthcare professionals across the system, Kettering Health and the Dayton Dragons are teaming up for Healthcare Heroes Day this Sunday (Sept. 6) at Day Air Ballpark.
The Dragons, a minor-league affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, take on the West Michigan Whitecaps at 1:05 p.m. The matchup marks final home game of the regular season for the Dragons, who clinched a spot in the Midwest League playoffs. The Dragons host their first playoff game Sept. 10.
As part of the celebration, the Dayton Dragons have created a special offer for Kettering Health team members, along with their family and friends. Lawn tickets are available for just $5 each.
The event will feature special plaza activities and opportunities to celebrate the healthcare professionals who have cared for generations of patients and families in the region. It’s a chance to recognize the impact of Kettering Health Dayton while commemorating a century of service.
Whether you work at Kettering Health Dayton or another campus, team members are invited to come together and celebrate the centennial, enjoy a day at the ballpark and help recognize the incredible people who make the mission possible.
