Fort Hamilton Hospital will hold a flag-raising ceremony to promote organ, eye and tissue donations on Monday, April 13 at 11:00 a.m. in the hospital lobby. Fort Hamilton is located at 630 Eaton Avenue in Hamilton.
The ceremony will celebrate organ, eye and tissue donations as the gift of life. A member of a donor family will talk about how his loved one’s gift saved lives.
The ceremony will then move outside where the Donate Life flag will be raised.
