BenefitHub (previously Abenity)
The Kettering Health employee discount program is powered by BenefitHub, a national vendor for employee discounts. All employees are eligible to access and use the national and local discounts available on BenefitHub.
BenefitHub includes discounts on national and local business (Note: some discounts may only be available for a limited time). Popular offers include discounted rates in over 20 different categories like travel, major cell phone carriers, discounted movie tickets, and attractions like zoos and water parks. Employees can stack savings by combining discounts, gift cards, and cash back offers on BenefitHub.
Kettering Health has an exclusive offer page employees can access from the direct link card on the home page or by selecting Kettering Health Exclusive Offers from the “Shop By” drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Kettering Health employees can invite friends and family to join BenefitHub. Go to your profile, select Friends and Family, and send and invitation (employees have one invitation available).
Access BenefitHub online at http://khn.benefithub.com. If you had an Abenity account, you can login with the email and password you used with Abenity. If you have not registered yet, select “Don’t have an account? Sign Up” and fill out the short registration form. You can also download the BenefitHub mobile app in your device’s app store and enter your email address to get started or to create an account.

Fidelity
Kettering Health is committed to helping you save for retirement through a combination of personal savings and an employer-sponsored retirement savings plan.
Changes for 2026:
- Faster vesting: Employees vest in the employer contributions with three calendar years of service and at least 1,000 hours worked in each of those calendar years.
- Increased employer match: Kettering Health will contribute 100% up to 4% of your annual contributions (Reminder: The IRS annual compensation limit for calculating retirement plan employer contributions is $350,000 for 2025 and $360,000 for 2026).
We offer two retirement plans administered by Fidelity Investments and developed under IRS guidelines:
- 403(b): Enables employees to contribute on a pre-tax basis
- Roth: Enables employees to contribute on a post-tax basis
It is important that you name at least one beneficiary of your retirement plan(s). You can designate beneficiaries online at www.fidelity.com/atwork.

New for 2026:
- Mobile app: Taking care of your mental health should be simple, supportive, and always within reach. What you’ll find inside the app is virtual counseling made easy, including Izzy, your AI mental health navigator, on-demand self-help resources, and real human support. To access, download the AllOne Health App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign up using the member portal access code: KHNeap.
- New website and phone number: The AllOne Health Member Portal has been rebuilt to work seamlessly with the AllOne Health mobile app, giving you simple, secure access to support anytime, anywhere. The phone number has also been updated to 800-451-1834.
- How to get started:
- Sign Up for the New Member Portal by visiting allonehealth.com/portal. Create your account by entering your email, password and the Company Code at the bottom of this section.
- Use one login everywhere: Your login works for the online portal and the mobile app. You can download the AllOne Health App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Your Assistance Program is here to help you and your family, including spouse/partner, household members, dependents living away from home (up to age 26), and parents/parents-in-law.
