Sycamore Medical Center is celebrating the completion of its third-floor expansion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for elected officials, community leaders, and Kettering Health Network and hospital leadership on Tuesday, January 19 at 10:00 a.m. Sycamore Medical Center is located at 4000 Miamisburg-Centerville Road/Route 725 in Miamisburg between South Alex Road and South Gebhart Church Road.

Sycamore also will host a community open house on January 19 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In addition to tours, the open house features a health fair that includes free health screenings. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Members of the media are invited to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony and the open house.

The 27,000-square-foot expansion cost nearly $9 million and includes 32 large, private rooms. The expansion was made to accommodate the increased demand for medical surgical services including orthopedic and bariatric surgery patients.
