AllOne Health
The AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program is a service available to employees and their family that offers access to confidential professional support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It includes six visits per person, per occurrence. All counselors are qualified master’s/doctoral level professionals.
AllOne Health counselors can provide live, immediate assistance with general day-to-day issues like stress, depression or anxiety, job performance difficulties, alcohol/drug abuse, legal/financial matters, identity theft recovery assistance, child/eldercare, other family issues, and more.

Kettering Health pharmacy perks
Employees who fill their prescriptions using one of Kettering Health’s 11 pharmacy locations receive special perks like
- Free home delivery of prescriptions
- Copay incentive for filling a three-month supply of medications
- Free compliance packaging, which divides medication by the day and time it should be taken, is available upon request.
After-hours discount program for CT scan services
Employees and their dependents who have Kettering Health UMR coverage can receive a discount for CT scan services when utilizing the after-hours discount program. This program provides a specific discount for CT scan services that are scheduled during designated, after-hours times at Kettering Health freestanding emergency center locations.
A 25% discount will be applied to patient responsibility if the criteria is met. If the patient has no out-of-pocket responsibility after insurance has paid, a taxable financial benefit of $100 will be provided to the employee on their paycheck. The after-hours time frames are Monday-Friday from 9 p.m.-5 a.m., and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Preventive visit coverage
Age- and gender-appropriate preventive services are covered at 100 percent, not subject to deductible for both medical plans. Key benefits of getting your preventive exams include preventing disease and detecting health issues as early as possible. Some examples of preventive exams include
- Childhood wellness exams and immunizations
- Wellness woman exams
- Mammograms (age 40 and older)
- Colonoscopies (age 50 and older)
- Flu shots
