Open enrollment is here! Employees can sign up for 2026 benefits from October 3 to 31.
Each year, employees are required to re-enroll in benefits for the approaching calendar year. Check out the tips and resources below that will help you choose–and enroll in–the plan that best meets your needs.
How to enroll
There are two ways you can enroll:
- Online through UKG Benefits Administration. Click on the myHR icon in the footer of the intranet homepage, then click on the UKG icon under Quick Links to sign into UKG. Then under Myself, click Manage My Benefits.
- Over the phone with an enroller. Call (937) 396-6426 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Some of what’s new for 2026
Your feedback helped shape several important changes coming next year:
- Expanded health coverage with reduced out-of-pocket costs, giving you more value and support.
- Streamlined retirement plan with faster vesting so you can access your funds sooner.
- New family-forming benefits including fertility coverage and parental leave to better support you during life’s most meaningful moments.
Information sessions will be held in September (see below) to walk you through all updates, explain your options, and help you make confident decisions.
