Open enrollment is here. Employees can sign up for 2027 benefits until Oct. 30.
Each year, employees are required to re-enroll in benefits for the approaching calendar year. Check out the tips and resources below that will help you choose–and enroll in–the plan that best meets your needs.
How to enroll
There are two ways you can enroll:
- Online through UKG Benefits Administration. Click on the myHR icon in the footer of the intranet homepage, then click on the UKG icon under Quick Links to sign into UKG. Then under Myself, click Manage My Benefits.
- Over the phone with an enroller. Call (937) 396-6426 Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Information sessions were held in late September and early October to walk you through all updates, explain your options and help you make confident decisions.
Benefit fairs: Oct. 5-23
During these on-site sessions, you’ll be able to speak with some of our benefit providers and ask questions. See the meeting schedule below. - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 7: Café Conference Room, Kettering Health Miamisburg
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 9: Conference Room 630, Prestige
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 13: Nelson, Kettering Health Main Campus
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 14: Café Classroom, Kettering Health Washington Township
- 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Oct. 16: Community Room, Kettering Health Troy
- 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 19: Auditorium, Kettering Health Hamilton
