Kettering Health employees – our new job architecture is now live!

Updated job titles, job codes, and pay ranges are now visible in UKG. Most downstream systems will reflect these changes within 24 hours, though some systems may require additional time. 

As a reminder, job architecture is the way jobs are organized and named across Kettering Health. These updates bring more consistency to job information, support career growth over time, and help prepare Kettering Health’s systems and processes for the future. 

Here’s what employees need to know: 

• You can view your updated job information in UKG.   
• Job descriptions are now available in Policy Manager, searchable and organized alphabetically by job title under the “Job Descriptions” tile.  
• You’ll need to manually adjust your job title in email signatures and business cards, if applicable.
