The Dayton Business Journal named Kevin Attride a Forty Under 40 winner. On May 16, he and the other winners were honored at an award ceremony.

Since moving into the role as director of Business Development at Kettering Health Hamilton in September 2020, Kevin has led the medical center to recruit new talent, improve safety and day-to-day care for patients and staff, and bring innovative equipment to the facility, enabling the residents of Hamilton and beyond to receive quality healthcare close to home.

Kevin leads a team of talented administrative employees and highly skilled physicians and clinicians to consistently deliver quality and compassionate care to hundreds of patients daily.

“I appreciate that Kettering Health wants to do our best for every person, and I honestly believe it’s my calling to work in healthcare,” said Kevin. “It’s my privilege week in and week out to hear stories of loving interactions between employees and patients in times of crisis and to witness lives transformed because of the whole-person care provided at Kettering Health.”

Kevin’s leadership has led to exponential growth in many programs and procedures, as well as the achievement of major awards at KH Hamilton. In addition to his work, he actively contributes to southwest Ohio communities through service endeavors like Leadership Hamilton, a weekly bible study and prayer group for KH Hamilton employees, and community service work, including visiting the elderly at assisted living facilities and providing moving assistance for the underserved.
