Kettering Physician Network has made key leadership changes to better align its strategic goals and improve processes.
Dan Haibach has been named executive director of Physician Partnership Services. He will collaborate with network-employed and independent physicians to strengthen their partnerships with Kettering Physician Network, while continuing to utilize his extensive knowledge to implement best practices in physician contracting, compensation models, and compliance. Haibach holds a master’s degree in hospital and healthcare administration from Xavier University, Bachelor of Science degrees in management and marketing from Gannon University, and has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles.
Dan Morris has been promoted to executive director of Specialty Services for Kettering Physician Network. He will oversee the network’s cardiac, orthopedic, surgical and neurosurgical service lines, and facilitate collaboration and measurable outcomes for specialty practices. Morris has served in several capacities for Kettering Physician Network, the most recent as director of the cardiology and orthopedic service lines. He received his Bachelor of Science in administration from Park University and his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
Matt Dabbelt has been named director of Business Development. Working with physicians and hospital administration, Dabbelt’s responsibilities include establishing new physician partnerships, enhancing physician and medical practice on-boarding processes, and implementing physician relations and retention strategies. He received his Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Arts in management from Antioch University Midwest.
