While it’s important to take care of your heart health all year round, Kettering Health Network is celebrating Heart Month in February with an evening of fun and healthy activities. Kettering is hosting From A to Zumba! on Wednesday, February 18 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Fairmont High School’s Trent Arena, 3301 Shroyer Road in Kettering.

Besides Zumba exercise, the event features refreshments, a health fair with free blood pressure screenings, and cardiologists who will provide healthy heart tips. Kitchen staff from Christopher’s Restaurant in Kettering will offer a healthy cooking demonstration. Macy’s will hold a healthy skin clinic and you can relax while getting a chair massage.
