Kettering Health has awarded scholarships to five medical students from Loma Linda University.
Each student has matched into a residency program in the system and will receive $66,640. That’s enough to cover one full year of tuition.
Kettering Health and Loma Linda University, located in Southern California, 60 miles east of Los Angeles, share a long-standing connection rooted in the Seventh-day Adventist faith. The scholarships reflect that shared mission and a joint commitment to supporting and educating the next generation of physicians.
Earlier this year, following approval from the State of Ohio, Kettering Health was designated a regional campus of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. The relationship between the two organizations will expand clinical training opportunities for medical students.
