Keith Jenkins, president of The Oniru Group, will become the new president of Kettering Health Washington Township. He replaces Daniel Tryon, who is now president of Soin Medical Center and Kettering Health Greene Memorial.
Keith has 30 years of experience as a human resources professional across many different industries. Most recently, he has served as the president of The Oniru Group, a human resources and leadership performance laboratory.
Keith previously served at Kettering Health for nine years in many roles, including human resources director and system inclusion officer. For many years, he also worked with Kettering Health Dayton’s medical residency program in affiliation with Ohio University.
He has served in other organizations in the Dayton area, such as Reynolds + Reynolds and Dayton VA Medical Center.
In addition to his work experience, Keith is a certified Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a fellow with the Advisory Board. He is passionate about his work with local nonprofits, with a special focus on reducing homelessness and human trafficking.
