Our first season as the official healthcare provider of the Cincinnati Bengals is almost complete, but the post-season journey is just beginning. As you may know, the Bengals have made it into the 2023 NFL playoffs, and Sunday, January 15 at 8:15 p.m., they will face the Baltimore Ravens at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati.

Before every game, the Bengals take the field. This is a moment they don’t take lightly, and it’s one that’s filled with hope, anticipation, intentionality, and determination.
No matter how each player prepares for gameday–whether it’s walking into the stadium in their finest outfits, warming up on the field before the game, or having a moment alone to focus their thoughts–when it comes to game time, they take the field as a team.

For the playoff ticket giveaway, show us how you take the field to help fulfill our mission.
- Take a photo that shows how you “take the field” at work every day. This could be a photo of you and your team, the unit you work on, your remote work set-up, a weekly team huddle–the possibilities are endless! There is no right or wrong submission.
- Note: Before taking the photo, remove all patient and/or confidential information from the shot. If it’s not possible to remove, choose a new location for your photo. Your submission cannot be considered if confidential information is visible.
- Use this form to submit your photo and answer a couple questions (name, job role, description of photo, etc.).
- You’re automatically entered to win two tickets to the Bengals playoff game!
There will be three ticket winners, with two tickets going to each winner. The deadline for entry into the ticket giveaway is Thursday, January 12. Winners will be announced through an HR Notification email on Friday, January 13.

Those employees who submit a photo following the guidelines above and provide consent may be featured on Kettering Health social media channels the day of the playoff game. Keep an eye out for your photo and be sure to re-share.
