Employee Health (EH) offices are now centralized at Kettering Health Miamisburg. All telehealth locations are now operable at KH Main Campus, Dayton, Hamilton, Miamisburg, and Soin Medical Center.

Monthly clinics for vaccinations and N95 fit testing
Each month, an EH team member will be onsite on a specific day to provide vaccinations and N95 fit testing. See the schedule for each campus below.

Employees from any location are welcome to attend any of the above clinics. Scheduled appointments are preferred but walk-ins can be accommodated.

You can utilize telehealth for appointments for first reports of injury, follow-up care, and return-to-work clearances:

Additional considerations
All emergent and after-hours care will continue to be seen in an emergency center and require a follow-up with EH the next business day.
All work-related injuries and exposures start by completing the Midas report located on the intranet. On the homepage, click on the Quality and Safety tab and then the link for Employee First Report of Injury/Exposure.
