Thank you for being the most caring Dr. I have ever known. You take the time to listen to your patients and make each one feel special. My family has been going to you for over 15 years and I couldn't ask for a better Dr. We have been through alot together and I am glad it was with you because I always trusted you 100%. You are also so wonderful to children and it doesn't hurt having that candy jar in your office, lol. Anybody would be lucky to have you as a patient.

Dear Dr. Pavlina,
I know that you probably receive many "thank you's" from patients and friends every day. You touch so many lives in ways that you may not even know. When I first met you, I had immediate trust in your skills and knowledge of your long profession. I can't begin to imagine the hours that you have put into saving peoples lives over your highly successful career.
I just want to take this time to graciously thank you for not only saving my life, but also for giving my life back to me. I was always so limited on my activities that I could perform daily. Now, I feel like I'm starting my life all over again.
I'm back at work and going to be getting married in June. There's not enough words to thank you and your staff for what you have given me.
