You’re invited to lace up your walking shoes, take a walk with cardiologist Harvey Hahn, MD and get helpful cardiovascular tips. The walk will take place on Sunday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. on the grounds of St. Leonard Franciscan Living Community, 8100 Clyo Road in Centerville. Walkers will meet at the Franciscan Center at 8200 Provincial Way.

Dr. Hahn is a cardiologist specializing in invasive cardiology and cardiovascular imaging. He will begin the program with a short talk about the non-physical benefits of exercise. Then participants will walk the beautiful grounds of St. Leonard and get the chance to ask Dr. Hahn questions while walking together.

The walk is part of a new program called Health Strides: Getting healthy one step at a time. The program is a partnership between Kettering Health Network and St. Leonard. Future walks will feature other specialists and physicians.
