“Below is an email I received that paints a picture of the Retail Pharmacy Team at KH Washington Township and how they treat others and uphold the Kettering Health mission each and every day.
‘As this week before Christmas comes to an end, I wanted to reach out to share a few words of gratitude with you for the pharmacy team you have at the KH Washington Township Outpatient Pharmacy (specifically, Becky, Sherri, and Shelly). As a Kettering Health Medical Group employee, I use this pharmacy for certain medications. Every time I call for a refill or with questions, this team is absolutely amazing. They are so kind, helpful, professional, understanding, and thorough about every aspect. They are truly exceptional, but what I wanted to share most is about a recent experience this month. When speaking to Becky during my recent refill order, I shared a few words of my appreciation for the team’s great service and wished her happy holidays. When my refill arrived a few days later, there was a Christmas greeting card included in the package, signed by each of the team members, and a handwritten note from Becky thanking me for being a customer of the pharmacy and blessings for a merry Christmas and happy New Year. It was a small, yet unexpected, and equally meaningful gesture. The fact they took the time and effort to do something so kind and thoughtful speaks volumes about this team and is so uplifting in general. Moreover, it signifies the spirit of Christmastime and captures the mission and culture of Kettering Health.'”
