Built in 2012 to serve a fast-growing community near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Wright State University, Soin Medical Center has become one of the most dynamic hospitals in the Kettering Health network. It is a high-acuity, fast-moving environment where strong teamwork, continuous improvement, and whole-person care are part of the everyday culture.
Built to Grow With Its Community
Soin Medical Center opened to a community that previously had limited access to nearby, high-quality care, named in honor of philanthropists Indu and Raj Soin, whose generosity helped make it possible. The campus has grown significantly since, most notably with the addition of the South Tower in 2020, which expanded bed capacity, critical care resources, and surgical space. The team here is shaped by people who came from different backgrounds and built something cohesive together — process-driven, collaborative, and genuinely open to change. If you are someone who wants to grow, lead, and practice at a high level in a modern setting, Soin tends to attract people with exactly that mindset.
Find Your Place on the Team

Specialized Programs
Soin Medical Center stands out for the depth of its surgical and oncology programs, its recognized patient experience, and two community partnerships that extend care well beyond what most medical centers offer.

Maple Tree Alliance
An embedded nonprofit partner within the cancer center, Maple Tree Alliance supports patients through oncology-specific exercise, nutrition education, and emotional wellness programs. It fills a unique role in survivorship care, complementing medical and radiation oncology without replacing them.
