Explore Rehab and Sports Medicine Careers Across the System
Whether you are a physical therapist ready to specialize, a new occupational therapy grad looking for the right first role, or an athletic trainer who wants sideline experience and clinic time, Kettering Health has opportunities worth exploring.
From Recovery to Performance
Kettering Health’s Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine team works across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, athletic training, and exercise physiology. Together, these disciplines support patients from the medical center floor through outpatient recovery and into the community, including sideline coverage for local schools and athletic programs.
The pace and patient mix vary by setting, but the collaborative culture is consistent throughout. Therapists work closely with physicians, coaches, and interdisciplinary teams to address the full picture of a patient’s recovery, whether that means rebuilding strength, restoring communication, or returning a young athlete to competition safely.
What new team members can expect:
- Real variety across settings, populations, and practice types
- A supportive team environment across therapy and sport disciplines
- Exposure to a wide range of patient and athletic populations from day one
- Structured onboarding with hands-on learning and dedicated mentorship
