Kettering Medical Center is hosting a seminar on heart healthy nutrition on Tuesday, June 27 at 11:30 a.m. in the hospital’s Nelson Conference Center. Kettering Medical Center is located at 3535 Southern Blvd. in Kettering.

Harvey Hahn, MD, a Kettering Physician Network cardiologist, will discuss easy tips to keep your food heart healthy. Dr. Hahn will talk about how he lost weight and was able to get off blood pressure and high cholesterol medication by making healthy lifestyle choices.
