“This group of individuals went above and beyond to help my partner and I … The patient we came in to pick up and transport home had advanced directives stating that they wanted no living saving measures in the case anything happened. My partner and I noticed that there was no active DNR paper signed, and we wanted to make sure that the families wishes were upheld. These three individuals over the course of about 30-45 minutes worked to get a doctor up to the floor to get this order signed. They worked as a wonderful well-oiled machine to help us, when they could’ve just said sorry, no can do.”
