Open enrollment for 2024 employee benefits begins October 6. Benefits do not roll over—you must re-enroll each year.
Throughout the next few months, resources will be available to help you consider your benefit options.
Leadership and Employee Benefit Meetings
Attend an open enrollment benefits meeting to learn more about 2024 benefits and ask questions. First, there will be meetings for leaders and then there will be meetings for all employees.
September 5-8: Leadership Benefit Meetings

These sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams, and calendar invites will be sent to Kettering Health email accounts. When you receive the invites, please accept the meeting time that best fits your schedule.
September 25-October 6: One-on-one Q&A Sessions
Schedule a meeting with a benefits specialist to ask more in-depth questions to help you choose the benefits that best meet your needs. Stay tuned for an online form to schedule a 1:1 session.
October 9-27: Benefit Fairs
During these on-site sessions, you’ll be able to speak with some of our benefit providers and ask questions. Stay tuned for a meeting schedule coming soon.
