We are committed to understanding your experience at work.
You provide a snapshot of that experience by sharing feedback about the effectiveness of your team and leader relationships, policies and procedures, communication, safety, and your connection to our mission.
We all play a part in fostering an environment where you can effectively do your job, which ultimately allows us to serve our patients with exceptional care.
Join us in this shared commitment: Provide your insight in the Pulse Survey from April 8-22.
Why your input matters
We request your feedback in employee surveys twice a year through the Employee Engagement Survey and Pulse Survey. These are part of a regular cadence of communication, ensuring we’re in touch with your work experience.
The Pulse Survey serves as a check-in for the larger plans you developed and have been working toward with your team since the Employee Engagement Survey.
Watch the video below to hear Mike Ingram, Nutrition Services Manager at Kettering Health Miamisburg, talk with Brooke Harris, chief human resources officer for the system, about how results from the Pulse Survey allow leaders to make changes to impact your work experience.
Below is information on what to expect and how to participate in the Pulse Survey. Thank you in advance for your candid feedback.
What to expect
This year, we’re excited to offer the survey in Spanish and English. You’ll have the option to select the language you prefer before beginning the survey.
Beyond the Likert scale questions, where you’ll select responses ranging from “Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree,” the survey will offer opportunities for you to share a deeper level of feedback with three open-ended questions. As you think about responding to the open-ended questions, consider what you might want to share with these key audiences
- Kettering Health system executive leadership
- Your campus executive team
- Your immediate manager and director
How to share your feedback
- Access the unique link you received in an email from Press Ganey Surveys or visit pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org
- If visiting pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org, log in using your unique password: your five- or six-digit badge number without the “k.”
Note: Press Ganey does not share individual survey results with Kettering Health. We receive only aggregate data, and it is reported out only in groups of five people or more. - Take five to 10 minutes to answer questions about your work experience.
When you’ll hear results
A key component of the feedback-sharing process is results, and we’re committed to ensuring those are shared back with you in a timely manner. The survey closes April 22, leaders will have access to team results by April 30, and then results will be shared with you in the following weeks. Later, you’ll hear how your team’s feedback connects to our system results.
