If you worked at Kettering Health prior to 2021, you may remember receiving a printed k-news publication to your home each month.

After pausing to rethink our approach to the publication, we are implementing a brand-new employee magazine. Our goal is to share content that more accurately reflects your experience as a Kettering Health employee.

In the coming weeks, you’ll be introduced to Views, a k-news publication featuring stories of your fellow employees. Views is a magazine that will be delivered to all employee homes four times per year. While the previous print publication focused primarily on news and updates, this magazine will focus on you and your co-workers. It’s a space to connect with team members across the system and the culture at Kettering Health.

In each issue of the magazine, we will feature employees in a variety of ways–spotlights of diverse voices, examples of how we’re elevating patient care both directly and indirectly, and the impact we’re making in our community. You’ll receive the first issue of Views at your home in mid-April.
