With Talkspace online therapy, you can regularly communicate with a therapist, safely and securely from your phone or desktop. No in-person office visit required. Therapy is available for individuals 13 or older. Psychiatry services are provided for those 18 and above. Select UMR under Use my Insurance Benefits to get started on the site.

UKG Wallet
As we celebrate the season of gratitude, UKG Wallet is available to make the holidays easier. Powered by Payactiv, it allows you to access the wages you’ve already earned to take care of what’s important.
You can access up to 60% of your wages (up to a maximum of $1,000 without direct deposit or $2,000 with direct deposit to the UKG Wallet Visa) same day, whenever needed. The funds you access will be deducted from your next paycheck, making it a hassle-free option for managing unexpected expenses.
