The Provider Engagement and Safety Survey is now open through Tuesday, September 5. Watch the video below to see a few of your colleagues sharing their perspective on the importance of feedback-sharing. Most important, we invite you to share yours!
How will providers access the Provider Engagement and Safety Survey?
Click here to take the survey. To log in, providers should use their unique password: the first four letters of their last name + two-digit birth month + two-digit birth date (ex: Smit0101). This unique password is used only to ensure data is reported with a provider’s specific work group and campus.
Providers will also receive an email from Press Ganey on Monday, August 14 that includes a unique survey link.
How long is this survey?
The Provider Engagement and Safety Survey length varies depending on the specialty and affiliation of the provider. It will include anywhere from 50-90 scaled questions with some open-ended questions. It should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Who should take this survey?
All physicians and APPs who are employed or are active members of the Kettering Health medical staff who started with the organization on or before June 12, 2023 are invited to take the Provider Engagement and Safety Survey. Providers who joined Kettering Health after June 12 will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the next provider survey.
Note: All other Kettering Health employees are encouraged to provide feedback in the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey. Click here for more details.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes. We want providers to share honest feedback, and the survey reporting structure helps us maintain individual confidentiality. Press Ganey does not share individual survey results with Kettering Health. Aggregate results are only reported for groups of three or more. Data is not reported for groups smaller than three. To meet this minimum requirement and view results, departments receiving fewer than three responses may be combined with other groups.
