Your voice matters. Each year, we ask for your input during the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey as well as the Pulse Survey, because your feedback gives insight to what we can do better—and what we’re doing well.

The Employee Engagement and Safety Survey will be open September 9-23. And in that survey, we want your honest feedback about your work environment, safety, and whether feel connected to your team and our mission.

How do I access the survey?
Employees will receive an email from Press Ganey on Monday, September 9 that includes a unique survey link and does not require log in.
The survey is also available at ketteringhealth.org/survey. Employees should use their unique password (their 5- or 6-digit badge number without the “k”) to log in.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes. We want employees to share honest feedback, and the survey reporting structure helps us maintain individual confidentiality. Press Ganey keeps your responses confidential and does not share individual survey responses with Kettering Health. The survey portal through which we view results will not display data for any group that does not have at least five responses.
How long is the survey?
The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and includes a series of scaled and open-ended questions. This is similar in length to previous employee engagement surveys.
Note: You may notice some new questions this year, as Press Ganey applied their expertise to rephrase and introduce new questions that help us better understand a person’s work experience.
Who should take the survey?
All Kettering Health employees hired on or before July 8, 2024 will be invited to take the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey, except for physicians, advanced practice providers, work-study students, and contract employees.
Physicians and advanced practice providers will be invited to share their feedback on a separate survey coming later this year.
When will survey results be shared?
Department leaders will have access to their results the week of September 30.
