Stephen O’Neal is joining our team as assistant chief nursing officer (ACNO) for Kettering Medical Center. Stephen is coming from London, Kentucky, where he served as vice president of Patient Care Services at Kentucky One Health, which achieved national accreditation for cardiovascular/endovascular care.

With 11 years of experience as an executive nurse leader and more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, Stephen knows the importance of investing in people and has successfully reduced nurse turnover, improved nurse retention, increased employee engagement, and implemented a nurse residency program to support recent graduates. Stephen and his wife Rachel have three teenage children.
