The 13th annual Spring into Health 5K walk/run is April 10. This year’s event will raise money for Good Neighbor House and Kettering Health Young Professionals.

Good Neighbor House, founded by eight Dayton-area Seventh-day Adventist churches in 1994, gives help and hope to the underserved in our community, providing food pantry services, health promotion, clothing, and household items to individuals and families in need.

Early registration is available now through March 31 for a discounted price of $30. Everyone who registers by March 27 will receive a t-shirt (below).

Starting April 1 through April 10, the registration cost increases to $35 and t-shirts are not guaranteed.

All race finishers will be entered into a door-prize drawing. Prizes will be awarded to best overall male and female finishers as well as male and female 1st- , 2nd- , and 3rd-place finishers in each age group.

The race starts and ends at Kettering College, 3737 Southern Boulevard in Kettering. Please park in the large lot on the east side of Southern Boulevard.
