The Pulse Survey is a quick, mid-year check-in where you can share what’s working and what could be better. Your feedback helps us understand how things are going with your team, leadership, communication, and connection to our mission.
By participating, you’re helping us create a workplace where everyone feels supported and can do their best work. It’s your chance to let us know what’s improving, what’s still a challenge, and where we can do better.
The survey will be open from April 7 through 21 and includes some open-ended questions for you to share your thoughts. Think about what you want your leaders—from your immediate manager to the campus executives—to know.
Everyone’s voice matters—your input helps shape the environment we all work in.
Why your input matters
We request your feedback in employee surveys twice a year through the Employee Engagement Survey and Pulse Survey. These are part of a regular cadence of communication, ensuring we’re in touch with your work experience.
The Pulse Survey serves as a check-in for the larger plans you developed and have been working toward with your team since the Employee Engagement Survey.
How to share your feedback
- Access the unique link you received in an email from Press Ganey Surveys or visit pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org.
- If visiting pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org, log in using your unique password: your five- or six-digit badge number without the “k.”
Note: Press Ganey does not share individual survey results with Kettering Health. We receive only aggregate data, and it is reported out only in groups of five people or more. - Take five to 10 minutes to answer questions about your work experience.
Receiving Results
A key part of the feedback process is sharing results, and we’re committed to keeping you informed. The survey closes on April 21, and leaders will receive team results by April 30.
In the following weeks, we’ll share those results with you. Later, we’ll provide insights on how your team’s feedback connects to our system-wide outcomes.
