Congratulations to Sarah McDaniel, Megan Fritsch, Carla Metzler, and Teresa Lynch of Kettering Health Hamilton on earning a Constellation Award! They were nominated for helping celebrate a cancer patient’s treatment milestone.

The Constellation Award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the organization’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by Kettering Health’s Standards of Behavior.

“Sarah McDaniel and Megan Fritsch really worked hard to put together the unit celebration and decorating for a patient party. Carla Metzler and her team made sure to provide a special meal for her and her husband, which included the pretty set-up. Since we did not have a bell for the patient to ring, Teresa Lynch from IPR graciously let us parade into her unit and allow the patient to ring the bell, while not only our staff but also IPRs were there to cheer her on.”
