Sign up today to participate in the 16th annual Spring into Health 5k walk/run on Sunday, April 13. The proceeds from the event will go to Big Brothers and Big Sisters Miami Valley.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami Valley is a youth mentoring organization that pairs adult volunteers with children in one-to-one relationships, providing mentorship and support to help children reach their full potential.
Kettering Health Young Professionals is a professional development group for Kettering Health employees between the ages of 20 to 35. The group is focused on creating opportunities for young professionals to connect outside of daily work to foster growth, inspiration, and networking. They plan a few speaking events during the year, as well as some social events.
Race details
- Location and parking: The race begins and ends at Kettering College (3737 Southern Blvd.). Please park in the large lot on the east side of Southern Boulevard.
- Time:
- 1 p.m.: Race-day packet pickup and race weekend entry at Kettering College
- 2 p.m.: Race begins
- Prizes: All race finishers will be entered in a drawing for a door prize. Additional prizes will be awarded to best overall male and female finishers, as well as male and female 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place finishers in each age group. Two team awards will also be given.
