In November, members of the Robert Patterson Unity Forum (RPUF), a Kettering Health employee resource group, came together to network, fellowship, and create vision boards for goals they want to achieve in 2024.

The event began with tips on how to set SMART goals to achieve a desired outcome. Then, each member created a vision board to tell the story of what they aspire to accomplish in 2024.

All attendees shared one goal they wanted to achieve. Common themes centered around extending grace to oneself, deepening faith, traveling, and adopting healthier habits.

The event concluded with a powerful prayer over each member’s vision board by member and pastor Julius Barnes.
