How do I access my survey?
Provider Engagement and Safety Survey

To log in, use your unique password: the first four letters of your last name + two-digit birth month + two-digit birth date (ex: A provider named Dr. John Smith, born on January 1, would use the password “Smit0101”). This unique password is used only to ensure data is reported with a provider’s specific work group and campus.
You’ll also receive an email from Press Ganey on Monday, September 8, that includes a unique survey link.

Employee Engagement and Safety Survey
Click here to take the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey. To log in, you should use your unique password: your 5- or 6-digit badge number without the”k.” This unique password is used only to ensure data is reported with an employee’s specific work group and campus.
You’ll also receive an email from Press Ganey on Monday, September 8, that includes a unique survey link.

How long is the survey?
The survey length varies depending on your specialty and affiliation with Kettering Health.
The Provider Engagement and Safety Survey will include 50 to 90 scaled questions with some open-ended questions. It should take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
The Employee Engagement and Safety Survey will include a series of scaled and open-ended questions and should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Those in nursing will have additional questions.
Who should take this survey?
All physicians and APPs who are employed or are active members of Kettering Health who started with the organization on or before July 14, 2025, are invited to take the Provider Engagement and Safety Survey.
Employees who are employed or are active members of Kettering Health who started with the organization on or before July 14, 2025, are invited to take the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey. This does not include Kettering College, work-study students, or contractors.
Those who joined Kettering Health after these dates will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the next survey.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes. We want you to share honest feedback, because that helps us identify our opportunities–and our strengths. The survey reporting structure helps us maintain individual confidentiality, as Press Ganey does not share individual survey results with Kettering Health. Aggregate results are reported only for groups of three or more for the Provider Engagement and Safety Survey, and groups of five or more for the Employee Engagement and Safety Survey. To meet this minimum requirement and view results, departments receiving fewer than the minimum number of responses per survey may be combined with other groups.
