Congratulations to the Kettering Health Medical Group Primary Care practice in Piqua for earning a Constellation Award!

The Constellation Award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the organization’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by Kettering Health’s Standards of Behavior.

The team was nominated by a co-worker:

“I would like to nominate our whole team here at Piqua medical office building.  We had a patient dropped off at our practice … Our whole team stepped up and saved this man’s life. He collapsed at the front doors and his driver screamed for help. It started with our front office staff responding by going downstairs and checking out the incident, to another calling squad and another getting clinical help. He was unresponsive and without a pulse. Immediate action was implemented with CPR and use of AED until the squad arrived.”
