What can I expect from my residency?
The New Graduate Residency Program will provide education, support, guidance, and growth. Each resident receives a customizable education based on their learning needs. The KH Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program, designed to fully immerse you in the course of study that best fits your goals.
Yes. You must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE).
All new graduate nurses must be enrolled in the Nurse Residency Program. A new graduate nurse is defined by having less than 12 months experience or lack of experience is an acute care setting. Individual cases are reviewed for the appropriateness of program.
