Kettering Health nurses are invited to apply to the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Kettering College by December 1 for the January 2025 cohort.
This two-year program—taught by nursing and healthcare leaders, including KH nursing leaders—prepares nurses to lead with confidence and clarity through healthcare’s ever-changing landscape.
Designed with the working nurse in mind, course topics include
- Leadership
- Health promotion
- Organizational behavior
- Financial management
- Quality improvement
Those who complete the program will be academically prepared to sit for the Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) exam.
Kettering Health nurses are also invited to apply for educational assistance, making the program incredibly affordable. Applicants interested in financial assistance are encouraged to review the Kettering Health Education Assistance Curriculum in HealthStream.
“Our program is built on Kettering Health’s foundation of faith, innovation, and excellence with professors who apply the concept of ‘whole person care’ to our students,” shares Dr. Nicole Orian, chair of the MSN Program. “The program is designed for nurses looking for leadership opportunities—from the bedside to the boardroom. If you’re eager to take that next step, apply now! We’re very excited to partner with Kettering Health to develop nurse leaders of the future.”
- A virtual information session will be held on Wednesday, October 23, at 6 p.m. for anyone interested in the program. You can RSVP for the session here any time leading up to the session.
Applications are due by December 1 to begin in January 2025, or by July 1, 2025, for the August cohort.
