On February 5, 2023, we will launch a new time and attendance system: UKG Dimensions. This change will allow for more effective and efficient timekeeping.
Time and attendance tracking is an essential part of your day-to-day work. It is critical that it be a quick and simple process, yet timekeeping errors are among the most common reasons cited for corrections to paychecks each pay period. Our goal is to improve the timekeeping process so you can focus on being your best at work.
Like with any new process, there will be learning involved. Mandatory all-employee training has now been assigned in HealthStream as a “To-Do” item for all employees.
The basic timekeeper training will be about an hour to complete and can be completed in short segments. The deadline for completion is February 4, 2023 so that you can be familiar with the new system when it goes live.
The training windows are as follows:
- December: Mandatory leader and timekeeper training available in HealthStream; live Q&A sessions scheduled on Teams
- January 9-February 4: Mandatory training available in HealthStream for all employees; live Q&A sessions scheduled on Teams
- Note: there will be a raffle with prizes for those who complete the training early

Why are we making this change?
This new timekeeping tool is being introduced to make time and attendance more efficient for you. The software offers useful new features like:
- A mobile app for easy access and use
- A one-stop-shop for both timekeeping and scheduling
- More accurate tracking of attendance and hours
- An upgraded scheduling system
Our goal is to make the logistical components of your work as seamless as possible so we can collectively prioritize better outcomes for our patients.
We will continue to share consistent updates to ensure all employees feel confident and comfortable using the new system for timekeeping ahead of the February 5 launch date.
