Kettering Health is opening a new On-Demand Care location in Kettering to give the community more access to walk-in primary care. The ribbon cutting was held on June 7 and it will be opening to patients on June 9. The new location will be the fourth On-Demand Care location for the network.
The building is located at 424 E. Stroop Rd., and is one-story and 3,200-square-feet. Some imaging services and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, including headaches, rashes, cough, and strains, will be available at the new location.
“We remain committed to providing high-quality, convenient, and cost-efficient care closer to home to meet the needs of the community,” said George Lewis, president of Kettering Physician Network. “Having this new location will help provide greater access to care for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries for people living and working in the City of Kettering.”
This location will be the first health care tenant at the Town and Country shopping center, which is owned by CASTO and Skilken|Gold.
“We are thrilled to have Kettering Health join the strong tenant lineup at Town & Country Shopping Center,” said Kelly Casto, asset manager and broker of CASTO. “For more than 70 years, Town & Country strives to not only be a shopping destination, but also a community resource for the City of Kettering. We look forward to the opening of the new On-Demand Care facility and our ongoing partnership with Kettering Health and the City of Kettering.”
The new location will employ six full-time positions and is a $1.2 million investment in the community.
