IMPACT employee assistance program visits increase The IMPACT Solutions employee assistance program is available to benefit-eligible employees and their families and offers access to confidential, professional support 24/7. Visit offerings have increased to five visits per person, per reason for visit. Back-up care available now Benefit-eligible employees have access to a back-up plan for care for three dependents. Back-up care can be reserved up to to 30 days in advance or requested the day care is needed.

• Back-up child care: If your child’s school closes or your babysitter isn’t available, you have access to reliable care when and where you need it.
• Back-up adult and elder care: Arrange back-up care for the adults in your life, whether they regularly have a caregiver or need help when recovering from surgery.

Benefit-eligible employees have 10 days of back-up care per calendar year. Center-based care is $15 per child, per day (if multiple children are at center-based care, center-based care is a maximum of $25 per family, per day) and in-home care is $6 per hour, per caregiver. One caregiver can give care for up to three dependents. You must be registered in advance to use this benefit, but you can register at any time for free. Education and college advising This free benefit gives you access to a team of experts who offer impartial guidance. Live events, expert guidance, and online resources assist with you and your dependent’s undergraduate education. Additional family support Get free membership to a comprehensive database where you can find support that meets your needs, including nannies, sitters, elder caregivers, pet sitters, housekeepers, and more.
