We’re excited to announce that three new director of Supply Chain Facility Operations positions have been added to Supply Chain. These positions will be campus-based and serve as a bridge between Strategic Sourcing, Materials Management, Finance, and Operational Leadership, focused on the deployment and utilization of supplies.

Most recently, Monte served as manager of Materials Management for KH Hamilton but has a wealth of knowledge across operations management and transportation management.
“From the day I started working at Kettering Health as the Materials Management manager at KH Hamilton, I have felt like I am where I am meant to be,” Monte said. “I have been blessed to work with a great team and together we have made some significant improvements at KH Hamilton. In my new role, I hope to positively impact the shared services and supply chain organization as a whole and at the medical center level.”
