Kettering Health Greene Memorial recently celebrated its 75th anniversary.
The milestone also marks the 75th year Greene Memorial has been a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA). To celebrate the achievement, the AHA presented Kettering Health Greene Memorial with a commemorative plaque.
Aimee Fahey, Vice President of Patient Care, accepted the award on behalf of the team at Kettering Health Greene Memorial and shared remarks at the ceremony celebrating the milestone.
โNone of what we have done in the last 75 years is possible without our clinicians and staff,โ Fahey said. โDoctors, nurses, technicians, environmental service team, nutrition team. Everybody makes a big impact, and theyโre truly the foundation of our success.โ
Since opening in 1951, Kettering Health Greene Memorial has delivered specialized, high-quality care in Xenia, even earning national accolades for its stroke program, through the American Heart Associationโs Get With The GuidelinesยฎโStroke Silver Plus Award and Stroke Ready designation from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
