Kettering Health Franklin’s Emergency Department earned the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience from Press Ganey, the leading provider of experience measurement, data analytics and insights to health systems and health plans.
The award is given to hospital departments across the nation who are in the 95th percentile or higher for patient experience scores, and Kettering Health Franklin’s Emergency Department team achieved this milestone on “ER Likelihood to Recommend” and “Overall Rating of Care” ratings in patient experience surveys.
