Congratulations to Jamie Walker, Tish Langford, Rhonda New, Sudhan Dahal, Lindsey Siemer, Brooke Lilly, Donna Barker, and Kyla Dierker of Kettering Health Hamilton on earning a Constellation Award!
The Constellation Award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the organization’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by Kettering Health’s Standards of Behavior.

Check out their nomination:
“I wanted to send a follow-up to the case that concluded on January 29 in the ICU. This patient was a registered donor, and the family could not have been more supportive of their loved one’s decision, and flexible with the donation process. They were kind and appreciative of everyone from Kettering Health. . . This patient was able to give the gift of their left and right kidneys for transplant, their pancreas for research, and their liver for education.
“There was continuous feedback regarding the Kettering Health staff, during and after the case. This process could not have started without the initial referral from Tish Langford, RN, who gave important and timely updates that helped the family services team from Network of Hope be available to the family appropriately. I wanted to give a huge “thank you” to the other bedside RNs Sudhan, Lindsey, and Brooke, who really went above and beyond to support this patient and collaborate with our team (Brooke even picked up an additional shift to be present for the last day). I also wanted to thank OR Charge, Rhonda, for being incredibly communicative with our clinical team. This was our first time conducting A-NRP recovery technique at Kettering Health, and it went incredibly well! Also, thank you to Donna and Kyla, who were so quick to respond to me with questions I had during the process; I appreciate you both! I’m not sure who organized the Honor Walk, but it was beautiful!
“I also forgot to mention the supervisor, Jamie, who did an incredible job keeping things organized during the walk!”
