Erica Schneider has been named president of Kettering Health Miamisburg and Kettering Health Washington Township. 

Armed with an extensive background in nursing, operations, surgery, and the art of forging partnerships, Erica wasted no time in steering the organization toward a trajectory of enhanced quality and efficiency while serving as interim president at KH Miamisburg.

This change reflects our system’s desire to increase the efficiency of executive oversight and remove duplication. Because these two facilities are geographically close, it will allow Erica to be consistently present on both campuses. 

Thank you to Rita Prichard, who served as interim administrator of KH Washington Township. Rita will resume her role as chief nursing officer of KH Washington Township.
